Step 2: There are no hidden costs, so what is outlined is exactly what you'll get. Add-ons will be billed separately from this or if desired, you can add them on during your checkout process. (Please inquire about pricing for your specific needs) This deal is for a complete 10 page website delivered electronically to your choice of web host including ours if you should decide to start a hosting account with us. (We also send the site by the way of U.S. mail on a CD to your physical location.)
Step 3: Once you submit the form and materials for us to review, we'll make sure that we have everything needed to complete the basic structure of the site. We will communicate with you through phone or email to gain clarification on details. We prefer email if possible. Customers who will be using our copywriting service will receive an email to schedule the free phone interview. Once we have have clear direction for your site we will immediately begin working on the basics needed for your site including graphics, database set-up, domain registrations, etc.
Step 4: You'll see an initial website in 10 days or less! (features like flash, ecommerce, Content Management Systems, and copywriting may require additional time.) It’s at this time you may submit a basic set of revisions if you have any.
Step 5: When we have your site just the way you want it, we'll post the final files to your web host account and make sure everything works as promised. When you agree the project is complete, we will set the site “live” and send the site files via CD so you always have a backup.
